Civico29 stems from an idea of the two owners, Marianna and Massimo, who were finally able to make their dream come true. This Rooms & Breakfast in what used to be a typography and then
a charming local family-run restaurant. the building dates back to about 1800, and has been completely renovated
and carefully designed to make
our guest’s stay as pleasant
and comfortable as possible.

THE APARTMENT
Our apartment was carefully renovated in order to enhance the historical elements of the building, exposing details and walls made with the original moltrasio stone discovered during the construction works. we combined these traditional elements with modern technology: floor heating system, air-conditioning unit all independently adjustable in each room, thermal isolation with double-glazing windows, noise and sound proofing, reinforced doors with code.
Low impact power consumption is enhanced by a hot water system with heat pump boiler and led lighting.
